Team Entry Fee:
$510.00 by May 22nd - With Online Processing fee.$535.00 after May 22nd.
If Paying by Check, mail your $510 entry Entry Deadline: June 5th.
Tournament typically fills up prior to deadline and teams will be accepted on a first paid basis.
