PAYMENTS: Registration is $625. Registration and payment due before April 30th. If you have registered but not yet paid, payment is due by April 30th to secure your spot. If not received by that date or communication regarding payment has not occurred, we reserve the right to contact the next team on the list and move your team to the waitlist. If your team must drop from the tournament, refunds will only be issued for drops communicated to the HGSA Treasurer and Tournament Director before April 30th. After that, no refunds will be issued. 

ATTN: 16U and 18U teams. These divisions will be combined, which means teams may consist of any 16U and 18U eligible players.     

NO GATE FEES WILL BE CHARGED  

• Camping will be allowed at Ryan Fields (Helena Babe Ruth Complex) and the Fairgrounds. Please call 406-457-8516 to reserve the fairgrounds.  A $50 fee is requested if camping at Ryan Fields to help offset the cost of outhouse upkeep and garbage costs. That can be given to the Tournament Director at Batch Fields.
• No camping is allowed at Centennial Fields by the YMCA, Helena High, NW Park, or Batch Fields. 
• No open fires or fireworks are allowed (per City of Helena) and quiet time must be observed after dusk/dark.
• Please make sure your camp areas are cleaned up before leaving and that garbage is properly disposed of. 
• Parking at both Helena High Softball Fields and Capital High Softball Fields will be limited with ongoing school construction.
• Canadian teams will be asked to pay via money order.
